ORDERING POLICY
Our goal is to complete Lesa Collection INC. orders within twenty-four hours of the order being placed. Order processing may sometimes take longer. To provide you with the most accurate estimations of when to anticipate your purchase, the following criteria have been put in place. Before making your purchase, please get in touch with us if you have any queries.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:
Generally, orders made by 12 p.m. EST Monday through Friday ship the same day.
Orders made after 12 p.m. on Monday through Thursday usually ship the next day.
Orders ordered on Saturday, Sunday, or after 12 p.m. on Fridays usually ship the following Monday.
Please be aware that during US public holidays, Lesa Collection INC.'s offices are often closed. Orders placed online on these days will typically be sent the next business day.
CANCELLING / EDITING YOUR ORDER:
After making their purchase, customers may see the purchase Confirmation Page to modify or cancel their transaction. You may access this page by clicking the "View Order" button in your purchase confirmation email or by login into your Lesa Collection INC account.
This only applies prior to us starting to process an order. You won't be able to alter or cancel the order from the Order Confirmation Page after it has been processed and sent, and we won't be able to make any changes after that.
SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES
When making an order, you may choose from three "flat rate" delivery options offered by Lesa Collection INC. Order-related shipping charges are not refundable.
Economy delivery: This is our least expensive and slowest delivery option. If you choose Economy Shipping, UPS Sure Post is often used for shipping.
Priority Shipping: The US Post Office often ships these orders by Priority Mail. In contrast to Pennsylvania, orders are typically delivered between two and five business days, depending on your region.
Expedited Shipping: Our most costly shipping option, expedited delivery guarantees that your product will arrive as soon as possible. Usually, UPS 2nd Day Air ships these orders.
We have divided the United States into four shipping zones in order to give fair prices and reliable delivery estimates.
US EAST ZONE:
ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, MI, IL, IN, OH, PA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL
US MIDWEST ZONE:
WI, MS, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, AZ
US WEST ZONE:
ND, MT, ID, UT, NV, CA, OR, WA, CO, NM, WY
US TERRITORIES ZONE:
AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Minor Outlying Islands
Please be aware that although all shipping options include estimated delivery times, they cannot guarantee a certain arrival day. Additionally, there are no refunds for any delivery costs.
TRANSPORTING INTERNATIONALLY
Lesa Collection INC. will send all international orders via the United States Postal Service.
Since the time it takes for shipments to clear customs might vary, we are unable to provide delivery estimates. However, we do provide a tracking number with every purchase that is sent by the USPS.
Please be aware that any taxes or tariffs related to the import of an order into a foreign country will be the responsibility of the international customer.
